Return and Refund Policy

● A restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of returned items will be charged unless a prior arrangement has been

made with your sales representative.

● When a consignment is not delivered or is only partially delivered or damaged, Freco Bathroom

New Zealand Ltd needs to be notifed within 7 working days.

● Any items are not refundable and exchangeable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

● Proof of purchase is needed as well.

● It will incur additional charges of 3% of the item’s value if not picked up over 30 days after the date of purchase.

● Clearance and special custom-made items are NOT refundable and exchangeable.

● Please note: Products that have been installed cannot be exchanged and returned for a ‘change of mind refund.
